# Identification

An Identification is a structured primitive that represents an identity record such as a passport, driver's license, or Social Security number.

## Properties

| Name | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `type` | `string` | Identification type (passport, ssn, license, etc.). |
| `number` | `string` | Document/identifier number. |
| `issuer?` | `string` | Issuing authority, country, or state. |
| `issueDate?` | `string` | Issue date in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| `expiryDate?` | `string` | Expiration date in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD). |
